Fitovision Anise Medicinal Herbal Drug:

It helps to relieve gas, bloating, and digestive system pains in cases of indigestion.

If it is to be used as an expectorant for cough, it can be sweetened with honey.

Directions For Use:

In Tea Form: The tea is prepared by adding freshly boiled water onto 1 gram (1/2 teaspoon) of anise fruits in a lidded cup. After steeping for 5-10 minutes with the lid closed, it should be consumed before meals.

It is recommended to drink 2-3 cups per day.

Gargara Şeklinde: Due to its antiseptic properties, for gum, palate, mouth, and throat inflammations, 2-3 grams (1 teaspoon) of anise fruits should be steeped in boiling water and prepared as tea, as described above. After it cools down to a warm temperature, it should be used as a gargle 3-4 times a day.
